Packaging Solutions & Systems (“PSS”, “we”) designs and builds custom returnable packaging. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it. We have tried to keep it short and plain.
3D part files you load into the 3D Rack Generator are not uploaded to us and are not stored. They are read and displayed inside your own web browser. Your part geometry does not leave your computer unless you choose to send it to us separately, for example by attaching it to an email or to the project request form.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Drawings, BOMs, part data and program details you send us are treated as confidential business information. We use them only to respond to you and to work on your project, and we share them only with the suppliers who need them to quote or build your packaging — for example a fabricator or a dunnage supplier. If you need a signed non-disclosure agreement in place first, tell us and we will sign one before you send anything.

These providers process the information on our behalf. We do not give them permission to use it for their own purposes.
Enquiries and project correspondence are kept for as long as we have a business relationship with you, and afterwards for as long as we need them for tax, warranty and record-keeping purposes. Saved concepts are kept until you delete them or ask us to close your account.
You can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you also have the rights given to you under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, including the right to object to processing and the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Where we contact you about our products and services, or respond to an enquiry you started, we do so on the basis of our legitimate interest in running our business and in answering you. Where you create an account, we process your details to provide the service you asked for.

The site is served over HTTPS. Saved concepts are restricted so that only the account that created them can read them. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
This is a business-to-business site and is not intended for children.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
